J. Crew
J. Crew's "Crew Cuts" collection of preppy kidswear isn't exactly cheap, but you'll find its prices are a tad more reasonable than Lilly Pulitzer, Polo and Kule.
Sizes: 2-8 years old
Shipping: USA (including PO Boxes, APO/FPO & US Territories), Canada & Japan

Vineyard Vines
Like J. Crew, Vineyard Vines is another (relatively) well-priced brand. This Greenwich, Connecticut-based preppy brand really took off in 2004 when its whimsical ties caught on with the Beltway crowd -- John Kerry, George W. Bush, Howard Dean, John Ashcroft and Bill Clinton
have all been spotted wearing them. The look is like Izod, but with a Nantucket whale logo instead of an alligator.
Sizes: 2T-Adult

Lacoste
Unfortunately, Lacoste doesn't carry its iconic alligator-wear for babies - sizes start at 2yr.
Sizes: 2T-Adult
Free shipping on $200 orders.

Ralph Lauren
Ralph Lauren's classic preppy styles for babies and kids run from $25 for a basic polo or onesie to $250 for a cashmere baby bunting.
The website also allows you to customize your child's polo shirt or dress -- you pick the colors and pick from your choice of a monogram or a polo pony.
Sizes: Newborn - Adult
Free shipping on orders over $195.
Shipping: USA (including PO Boxes, APO/FPO & US Territories) only

Lilly Pulitzer
Every preppy girl's wardrobe must contain a "Lilly." Palm Beach socialite Lilly Pulitzer has been designing
the unofficial uniforms of the affluent at play since the 1960s.
Jackie Kennedy was one of the brand's very first fans.
Sizes: 2T-14 + a tiny selection of newborn and infant clothing

Kule Shop
Nikki Kule's ultra-pricey designs are sold exclusively through trunk shows and through her online store. The look is 80s-inspired, classic and preppy.
Who wears Kule? Children of celebs including model Christy Turlington, Brooke Shields, Jerry Seinfeld and Madonna -- check out all the star pics on the website.
12 months - 10 years.

Patagonia
For fleece and outerwear, The North Face and Patagonia are adult preppy faves, but while The North Face only makes clothes for older kids (size 6 and up), Patagonia designs for all sizes -
from Newborn to Adult.
