Title Nine carries fitness clothes and cold weather gear from a variety of manufacturers (though none of their clothing is identified by brand name) Styles are very "Land's End" -- classic, very wearable and designed to flatter everyone with a range of both figure-hugging and looser, more forgiving options. Browsing the website can be a bit cumbersome, however, because you have to click on each item to see its price. |

Athleta mostly carries its own label of fitness and outdoor clothing. Like Title Nine, it features very accessible styles, but the website has a more user-friendly layout -- all of the prices can be readily viewed without having to click on each individual item. |

Lucy carries a smattering of outside brands (om girl, prana, mari dade, splendid, marika), but most of the fitness clothing here consists of Lucy's own in-house label. The clothing here has a more fashion-forward feel to it than Title Nine or Athleta's offerings. There is also a heavy focus on fit -- pants come in short, regular or tall lengths, tops come in regular or long lengths... Categories include gym/training, yoga/pilates, everyday/active, and running/walking. |
