Fudge Fatale
Handmade using only all-natural ingredients: unsweetened chocolate, evaporated milk, butter, sugar and corn syrup. The fudge is cooked the old-fashioned way -- by carefully
taking the fudge to the "softball" stage of cooking -- about 230 degrees -- where the fudge naturally begins to bind and solidify.
Most commercial fudge-makers skip the softball stage and instead add thickeners, emulsifiers, and fillers such as marshmallow cream to artificially
bind the fudge together.
Individually wrapped in gold foil and packaged in a velvet gift box.
